Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Contest Period: The Steele Mazda St. John's $1,000 Air Canada Travel Voucher Contest (the "Contest") begins on November 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. NST and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. NST (the "Contest Period").
2. Eligibility: The Contest is open to residents of Newfoundland and Labrador who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Steele Mazda St. John's and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. During the Contest Period, eligible participants can enter by scanning the QR code displayed on the Mazda CX-90 and completing the online contest entry form. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded: a $1,000 Air Canada gift card, which may be used toward eligible purchases in accordance with Air Canada's gift card terms and conditions.
5. Prize Draw: The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on January 8, 2026, at Steele Mazda St. John's, located at 220 Kenmount Road, St. John's, NL. The selected entrant will be contacted by email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw date. If the selected entrant does not respond within seven (7) days, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prize Claim Conditions: To claim the prize, the winner must provide proof of identity and may be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance and a Release of Liability. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be accepted as awarded. Steele Mazda St. John's reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
7. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Steele Mazda St. John's to use their name, city of residence, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation.
8. Limitation of Liability: Steele Mazda St. John's is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or inaccurate entries, or for any technical, hardware, or software malfunctions that may limit a participant's ability to enter the Contest. Steele Mazda St. John's reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest at any time without notice.
9. Privacy: By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Steele Mazda St. John's for the purposes of administering the Contest, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
10. General Conditions: Steele Mazda St. John's reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Rules and Regulations or tampers with the entry process. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Steele Mazda St. John's, which are final and binding.
